Dolmen is a painkiller of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) group.
It is used for treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as muscle and bone pain, painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea), dental pain.
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist.
Dolmen dose you need depends on the type of pain, severity and duration. Your doctor will tell you how many tablets you must take daily, and for how long.
The usual recommended dose is 1 sachet (25 mg) every 8 hours, but no more than 3 sachet a day (75 mg).
Elderly patients and patients with renal or hepatic impairment should start treatment with a total daily dose of no more than 2 sachet (50 mg).
In elderly patients this initial dose can later be increased to the overall group of patients the recommended daily dose (75 mg) if Dolmen been well tolerated.
If you have severe pain and need rapid analgesia, take the sachet on an empty stomach (at least 15 minutes before a meal), because its easier to be absorbed.

Each sachet contains 25 mg dexketoprofen (dexketoprofen trometamol).
The other ingredients are ammonium glycyrrhizinate, neohesperidine dihidrohalkons, quinoline yellow (E 104), lemon flavor, sucrose, colloidal hydrated silica.
Each sachet contains 2.40 to 2.44 g of sucrose with a colloidal silica.
