1. Close the valve and hold horizontally to fill the container with lukewarm water.
2. Add salt and wait until dissolved. It is recommended to use salt Emser Salz 1.475 g sachets. This dose directly coincides with Emser Kindernasendusche Nasanita packaging.
3. Open the valve fully.
4. Insert the valve in one nostril, hold your mouth wide open. Rinsing fluid flows inside through one nostril, but runs out from the other.
