Delivery
Using the Internet service www.webaptieka.lv for delivery from Saules Aptieka makes shopping as easy and simple as possible – just order cosmetics, OTC medicaments, hygiene items and your order is on the way – we will deliver it within two working days.
We provide free delivery service only in Riga and only for registered clients with minimum order 10 EUR.

Shipping expenses are not included in the price. All shipping expenses are given with VAT of 21% included.
- Our courier delivers the item. We make an agreement on Delivery instruction execution with our courier.
- The free delivery service is only in Riga and only for registered clients.
The item will be shipped within 2 working days from the moment of payment receipt.
While placing an order, please indicate the time period when you will be at the stated delivery address. The courier will get in touch with you to specify the time on the day of delivery.
- If you are not at the provided address at the time of delivery, the courier will get in touch with you via telephone. If you are not available by phone or you are not able to come to the address provided, a message will be left for you with the telephone number to get in touch with our courier.
If you are not available within 10 days, please get in touch with Saules Aptieka – we will inform you how to receive the item at other time.
- Webaptieka in cooperation with ‘Latvijas Pasts’ provides delivery service to other cities in Latvia. A pharmacologist from Webaptieka will get in touch personally to inform about the shipping expenses and shipment options for the relevant items.
- The delivery of all goods is done on working days from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm.
- You have an option not to pay for the delivery and to choose:
- To receive your order personally in Saules Aptieka (68 Brīvības Street, Riga);
- To make an agreement with an operator or our courier about the other place of receipt in Riga.
When the order is completed, our operator will get in touch with you to arrange receiving the goods.
- The Seller has right to refuse the above mentioned terms:
- If the address provided has mistakes;
- If both parties agreed on other time of delivery;
- If the addressee is not available at the address provided or if he/she is not available by phone.
Consolidation and Order Checkout
1. After selecting goods and placing the order and before making the bank transfer or other payment, please contact our operator and wait for the confirmation that the goods in requested quantities are available for order consolidation. You will receive phone call or e-mail with the confirmation and invoice of your order after placing an order.
2. In order to give your order to courier, the order is assembled and packed in a cardboard box or other opaque package to ensure the confidentiality of the order. A print out with the order is added inside the package. The name of the consignee and his/her shipping address is listed on the package. When special handling during transportation is required, the shipment is marked accordingly (for example, Attention, fragile).
3. If you have any questions or you do not understand something, please contact us during working days from 8:00 am until 17:00 pm. You can find the telephone number, address and e-mail address in the ‘Contacts’ section.
Information
- All goods’ prices are listed with VAT included. The shipping expenses are not included in the price. The shipping expenses are listed separately, please see the ‘Delivery of Goods’ section!
- All orders are stored in the company database. The data is stored as long as it is allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. This data is available to the administrator of the home web page. If the client is registered, he/she can see all his/her prior orders.
- The right to refuse is exercised in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Information Society Services Act, Regulations concerning distance agreement and pharmaceutical branch legislation.
Responsibility
- The Buyer is fully responsible for the information he/she provides while placing an order. The Seller is not responsible for not delivering the goods if the addressee’s data is entered with mistakes or is not valid.
- The disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are solved with the amicable solution. If it is not possible, the dispute will be solved in accordance to legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
