Ingredients

Nalgedol is a medicine that alleviates pain and relieves inflammation. It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins. Pain relief occurs quickly and lasts up to 12 hours.

Nalgedol is indicated for the transient symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (such as headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, muscle pain).

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose for adults and children aged 16 years and above, with a body weight of over 50 kg is 1 film-coated tablet every 8-12 hours. Instead, you can start with two film-coated tablets and then, if necessary, another film-coated tablet after 8 to 12 hours. Pour the tablets with plenty of fluid during meals or after eating.

For patients with sensitive stomachs, tablets should be taken with meals. Do not chew the tablets.

The maximum daily dose is 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 660 mg naproxen sodium).

Do not use Nalgedol for more than 7 days. If after 3 days of treatment the pain persists, and if symptoms worsen, you should consult your doctor.

Use in children and adolescents: The dose for children aged 16 years and over, with a body weight of over 50 kg, is the same as for adults.

Active substance is naproxen sodium. The film-coated tablet contains 220 mg of naproxen sodium, equivalent to 200 mg of naproxen.

Other ingredients in the tablet core are povidone K30, microcrystalline cellulose, talc and magnesium stearate and hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 8000, indigo carmine (E132) and potassium aluminum silicate (E555).
